It All Started in the 1980s

That’s when I started working as a structural steel painter and maintenance carpenter at Cape Canaveral Air Station on the Space Coast.

Since then, I’ve spent my 40-year maintenance career honing the simple-yet-elusive skill set of learning how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve any issue that can arise in any physical structure, be it a facility or a vacation home.
